An annual support package with remote desktop and telephone support, with an additional included annual on-site tune-up and support visit.

Support limited to 20 minutes per month, billed in 20 minute increments for telephone and remote desktop support. Additional remote support is billed at our Remote Support Rate. On-site support is provided at our Contract Rate, and can include pickup and drop off services.
