A one-year remote desktop and telephone support package included with every new desktop, notebook, and net book sold by McMaster Technical Services.

Support is limited depending on the issue; warranty and basic operation support is available without charge. Additional remote support is billed in 20 minute increments at our Remote Support Rate. On-site support is provided at our Contract Rate, and can include pickup and drop off services.
