Support is limited depending on the issue; warranty and basic operation support is available without charge. Additional remote support is billed in 20 minute increments at our Remote Support Rate. On-site support is provided at our Contract Rate, and can include pickup and drop off services. |

Small Office Home Office Package |

An annual support package for home and single computer businesses needing moderate support. Package includes remote desktop and telephone support for up to three computers, and bi-annual on-site tuneup and support visits.
Support limited to 60 minutes per month, billed in 20 minute increments for telephone and remote desktop support. Support can also be used for on-site visits to a maximum of 1 hour of month. Additional remote support is billed at our Remote Support Rate. On-site support is provided at our Contract Rate, and can include pickup and drop off services.
Additional Supported System: $60.00 / year for each additional Remote Desktop system. |

An annual support package for businesses needing heavy technical support. This package includes remote desktop and telephone support for up to ten computers, and quarterly on-site tuneup and support visits.
Support limited to 120 minutes per month, billed in 20 minute increments for telephone and remote desktop support. Support can also be used for on-site visits to a maximum of 2 hours of month. Additional remote support is billed at our Remote Support Rate. On-site support is provided at our Contract Rate, and can include pickup and drop off services.
