We offer a pick-up and drop-off support package at a flat $80.00 rate, that we call a tuneup.

This tuneup includes:

• virus/spyware removal
• system updates
• software maintenance
• a physical cleaning of the fans and cards of your computer
• update your operating system

We come to you, safely shutdown and remove the computer, and bring it to our service desk to be fixed. Support takes between one or two business days, then we schedule an appointment to come drop off the computer and set it back up.

This package is available for almost all makes and models of computers, desktops and notebooks. Windows XP, Vista, 7, OS X 9+

Computers less than 2.0GHz can take longer to service tune up, and thorough cleaning of viruses and spyware infections can take several hours. For this reason some home based customer should consider this program as opposed to our hourly on site support rate.

We offer Calgary wide Free Pickup and Delivery of computers for servicing. This one hour charge may be spent on-site resolving any immediate or minor technical troubles, or in-shop for a complete tuneup, a brief diagnostic can determine which is best for you.

We offer several programs for 1-on-1 instructions geared towards the kind of use you are looking for on a computer.

These programs are available at our on site rate of $80 per hour, and include written copies of all material as well as any additional instructions you need written during the course.

Our courses can be on your own computer, using the software that you have available, or on one of our demo notebook computer systems.

Windows Computer and Office Applications - 1 Hour

This course include instructions on using Word, Excel, Power point, Paint and other basic Microsoft Windows applications. How to successfully write a letter, answer an email, go to and find websites.

The Internet - 1 Hour

This course includes using the general internet usage, setup of online banking and bill payment services, setup for PayPal or other online facilitators, general email usage, internet forums, and instant chat programs (MSN, Skype).

Music and Entertainment - 1 Hour

This course includes instruction on using mobile devices for video and music, devices include Sony PSP, Apple IPods, Tablets and none brand Mp3 players, downloading and using your download music.
